Anthony and Gabriella met in 2020 and became boyfriend and girlfriend by their second date. They knew pretty early on that this was something different, something special. Anthony quickly became dad to Gabriella’s puppy and has since arguably become the favorite parent. In under a year of dating Anthony asked Gabriella to think about buying a home together the following year, he asked her to marry him on the anniversary of the day they met two years later. They saved up money for years and in 2023 they bought their first home. They continued saving and had their dream wedding in 2024. They share a love for living a slower, quiet life and both enjoy being outside in nature. This is only their beginning; they’ll keep you posted <3.

How did the two of you meet?

Anthony and Gabriella met online (Hinge) right around Thanksgiving of 2020. They hit it off so quickly on the dating site that they felt they already met prior to meeting in person. The two had their first date where they met in person at a restaurant that they try to visit every December 4th (the day they officially met). They only go to this restaurant on that date to relive the magic when they go.

What was your favorite memory of your wedding day?

Our favorite memories were walking through the vineyard with each other taking videos and photos and following the ceremony we had a private cocktail hour where we were able to catch up and process that WE JUST GOT MARRIED! 🙂

What were the main influences behind the style of your wedding, its location and your venue choice for your big day?

We wanted the style to be simple, yet intentional. We didn’t want anything over the top and wanted to intentionally choose all of the decor used. Our choice in venue was that we both really liked the finger lakes region. As all of our guests were out of town, we really loved having the inn on site, the winery itself was beautiful with great views.

What would your top tips be for somebody planning their wedding?

Follow your heart and don’t let others influence your day. It is your day, enjoy it.

What made you decide to hire a wedding videographer? Any tips for couples on the fence for a film?

GET THE FILM. We don’t even have it yet and I’m so grateful. The wedding day is SO OVERWHELMING, I don’t remember most of it due to overstimulation. I am SO EXCITED to be able to fully take in the day.

What did you like about working with me?

Gavin was absolutely phenomenal. He was kind, supportive and made you feel at ease. The wedding day can become overwhelming with photography (both professional and friends and family asking for a quick picture) and Gavin was always just like a ‘fly on the wall.’ I am so excited to see his style come to life. I have friends who also got video, but theirs doesn’t “tell a story “like Gavin is able to do. He takes his vision and artistic talent and brings it into the wedding day in an absolutely amazing way.
