Book a Call
Start by filling out my contact form or sending an email. I’ll get back to you quickly to confirm availability and learn more about your day. We’ll hop on a quick, friendly video call to talk through your vision, vibe, and what matters most to you. No pressure—just a chance to see if we’re a great fit.

Lock In Your Date
Once you’re ready, I’ll send over a simple contract to review and sign. Then, submit your $750 retainer to officially reserve your date—this amount goes toward your total package price. Once that’s done, you’re locked in and on the calendar!

When we hop on a call, it’s really just a chance to get to know each other and talk through what kind of film feels right for you. I’ll walk you through the different options—whether that’s a 3–5 minute highlight or something more in the 9–11 minute range. Each one takes you through the full day, start to finish, but the longer films give us more space to dive deeper into your story—more moments, more emotion, more layers. It really just comes down to the kind of experience you want and what fits best with your budget.
We’ve got some fun add-ons too. You can add a wedding day trailer, social media edits, full-length edits of the ceremony or speeches, and even rehearsal dinner coverage. And if you’re into that nostalgic, camcorder-style vibe, you’ve got two cool options: you can rent a set of vintage-style camcorders for friends to use throughout the day, or I can bring Zach in to film in that style and mix it in with the final edit. It adds a really fun, personal texture to the story.
No matter what you choose, I’m there all day. I don’t limit the coverage to a certain number of hours because I want to make sure nothing gets missed—prep, first looks, golden hour, late-night dance moves… I’m there for it. It’s always me behind the camera, and I bring pro-level audio and lighting to make sure everything looks and sounds incredible. I also include drone footage when the location and weather allow—it just adds a beautiful touch to the story.
After the wedding, you’ll get a downloadable version of your finished film, plus all the unedited footage so you have everything. I also include a personalized blog post with your film—it’s like a little feature that makes your story shine even more.
Once you’re feeling good about the plan, we make it official with a contract and a $750 retainer to lock in your date—and the rest isn’t due until later. Super easy.

How far should we book you in advance?
Most of my clients book me more than a year in advance, sometimes even two. But there are also some spontaneous requests. The sooner you reach out, the better the chances are that your date is still available in my calendar.

Where are you located/ Do you travel?
I mainly capture weddings & elopements in New York, but I love a good adventure. I travel often to Hudson Valley, Adirondacks, Finger Lakes, Lake Placid, Lake George and all over New York State. Wherever love will take me!

How many hours do you film?
I am there for your full day. This way I make sure I am able to tell your complete story. This way, it is one less thing you have to worry about when it comes to scheduling.

Do you work with planners/stylists and can you make a recommendation?
Yes, we love a beautifully designed wedding and we would love to tell you more about our recommended wedding planners in New York and other vendors that are helpful, do great work and are amazing to work with.

How do we book?
To reserve your date, a retainer of $750 that comes off the total of your package. Your date is only officially reserved once this has been received. The remainder balance is due one month before your wedding date. We accept cash, check and all major credit cards.
