What is your story?
Our story- well our story has been 6 years in the making and a lifetime to go. We have traveled together, I started a new job during our time together, we moved, remodeled a house (that’s a story all in itself 😭) got a puppy and here we are!
What a ride and we are so looking forward to all the rest of our life together.
How did the two of you meet?
We met and instantly clicked- we knew something was special between us and the rest is history! 6 years later, we have a house, a puppy and now we are happily married!
What was your favorite memory of your wedding day?
We both think our favorite memory was walking down the aisle after the ceremony together as an official married couple.
a humorous memory would be that we successfully did our first dance with our two dance lessons that we practiced for.
something special about the day also was seeing how happy guests were when looking at our memorial and generations of love table as well as everyone’s reaction to me wearing my mothers wedding dress during the second half of the reception.
What were the main influences behind the style of your wedding, its location and your venue choice for your big day?
We wanted a venue that was also a hotel for our out of town family and friends to have less traveling while they were here.
Our style was going for timeless and classic look.
With the hues of olive green and blush pink with the pop of fall colors is a vibe we wanted (me mostly haha) our day was perfect even though there were a lot of things that went wrong or didn’t happen haha but overall it was perfect with what we could control!
What made you decide to hire a wedding videographer? Any tips for couples on the fence for a film?
We wanted a videographer to capture moments that cannot be brought to life by photo. Photos will be forever on display in our house and on socials but having a moving video with our speech and visuals was something we wanted along with photo to look back on.
What did you like about working with me?
You were very easy to talk to, to be ourselves with and be able to talk comfortably on camera with. You were wicked cool for going to the farm with us and getting some of those extra video shots with our animals and scenery. Thank you for capturing everything!
